Refund policy

Disclaimer: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional hygiene measures during the manufacturing and packaging process to ensure the safety of our customers.  Please note, latex gloves were used during the packaging process which in some cases may have left powder residue on the exterior packaging.  This is only cosmetic and in no way affects the actual product or usability of the product.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us through our "contact us" page with details of the product and the defect and we will provide you with details on how to return the item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must claim that an item is defective within 30 days of purchasing.
